Description
Beginner and Intermediate students will start in General English classes and continue into Advanced English, TOEFL Preparation or Business English. The General English program uses a unique integrated skills approach with a focus on all aspects of the English language including: speaking, listening, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and idioms.
Certificate of Achievement
Each level is 12 weeks long. Upon completion of each level, students will receive a Certificate of English fluency based on the final level or course completed and the length of study.
Description
After completing the Intermediate level (or testing at any higher level) of General English, students can register for the TOEFL preparation course. Students will study and prepare for all aspects of the TOEFL test including: Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Integrated and Independent Speaking and Writing, Advanced Grammar and Vocabulary. Students can also register and write the official TOEFL test at ILAC. ILAC is an ETS-authorized TOEFL iBT centre.

Students will develop English skills for employment and practical business situations. Topics include workplace communication, oral presentations, interview skills and business topic discussions.

This class is designed to help students greatly improve their communication skills through structured activities and discussions. Students may take Power Speaking and Listening as an add-on to their main class (ESL, TOEFL or Business English) and study four hours/day to increase their rate of improvement or students can choose Power Speaking and Listening as their main class.

Like the General English classes, Power ESL uses a unique, integrated-skills approach and focuses on all aspects of the English language including: speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and idioms. Students who add the Power ESL to their main class accelerate their learning and achieve English fluency faster. Students can also choose Power ESL as their main class.
